Hinge Outlet manages significant inventory with limited operational infrastructure — no IMS, fragmented fulfillment, and manual support with no AI. They needed a full operational build, fast and done right the first time.

The Approach

LCL3 scoped a 30-day build across three interconnected systems: Cin7 Core for inventory, ShipStation for fulfillment, and Gorgias AI for CX — all simultaneously.

• Implemented Cin7 Core as the centralized inventory management system
• Migrated product, SKU, and inventory data into Cin7 with validation
• Configured ShipStation — carrier setup, automation rules, rate logic
• Built Zapier automation bridges between Cin7, ShipStation, and Shopify
• Deployed Gorgias with full Shopify integration
• Built and trained Gorgias AI on catalog, policies, and support scenarios
• Deployed AI agent handling tier-1 tickets autonomously
• Extended the Gorgias AI build to Wild West Hardware (sister brand) simultaneously
