Vestique is a women’s fashion boutique with 12 retail locations and a growing eCommerce channel — but zero inventory or fulfillment infrastructure. Products tracked manually, no barcode scanning, no pick-and-pack documentation, and no system for retail distribution.

The Approach

LCL3 went on-site to Vestique’s Charlotte, NC headquarters to design and deploy full inventory and fulfillment infrastructure from scratch in a single embedded engagement.

• Deployed SKUVault as the inventory management system across eCommerce and retail
• Physically mapped the fulfillment center — slotting, zones, and picking paths
• Implemented barcode scanning across receiving, picking, and shipping
• Ran on-site pick-and-pack training with the warehouse team
• Wrote full operational SOPs for inventory management and order processing
• Built distribution protocols for 12 retail locations — replenishment, allocation, transfers
• Set up in-store pickup workflows integrated with eCommerce orders
